Amanda creates customized meal programs and workout regimens to help you attain your goals efficiently with constant support and accountability. Amanda utilizes mindset-based training that emphasizes your attitude and its affect on your overall physical health.

who is amanda?

Amanda has worked in the fitness industry since 2012 and has helped individuals of all ages and abilities including: beginners, young athletes, D1 athletes, bodybuilders and older adults. Amanda was an athlete her entire life, whether playing soccer or competing in bodybuilding competitions. She has been an athlete of the NPC (National Physique Committee) and competed in 9 bikini competitions including a national competition. Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, Health and Counseling and Neuroscience. She has several certifications including elite personal trainer, sports nutrition specialist and much more!

Let's train together

When you enroll as a client, there is the option of receiving a nutritional package as well as a fitness program. To yield the best results, it is encouraged to follow a provided meal plan, training regimen and have weekly one-on-one training sessions. Weekly check-ins are also provided to track progress.
